| This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house has long been popular with
vacationing families coming to Lake Norfork. It is also a favorite with business persons
staying in the Mountain Home, Arkansas area for more than a few days. It has central
electric heat and air conditioning, a wood burning fireplace, a deck, patio, a private
deck off the back bedroom, and a large open floor plan. There is sleeping room for up to

| All of the rooms have large windows with blinds so you can control
the amount of view and light you wish to have. Because the house is surrounded by tall
hardwoods sunlight does not heat the interior through the glass. The result is a cool
house even on the hottest day. |

dishwasher, coffee maker, double toaster, and microwave. From the kitchen windows you'll
