About Our Units
All Teal Point units are full housekeeping facilities. This means each has a
kitchen/dining area, living area, bedroom(s), and private bathroom(s). Kitchens are
furnished with cookware, tableware, toasters, coffee makers, microwaves, refrigerators,
and a range with an oven. All units are heated and cooled, come with towels and linens,
have color cable TV, and all units but one have views of Lake Norfork. Outside each is a
picnic table and a BBQ grill or kettle. Groceries are available 10 minutes away in
Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Teal Point offers 21 units ranging in
size from one bedroom cottages to full-sized houses. A brief description of each unit and
its rates appear in this table. For photos and details of each unit size and style click

four bedroom Executive House. It's 2,500 square feet, has
2-1/2 baths, a Jacuzzi tub is in one bathroom, a deck off the master bedroom, a large
screened covered porch, tremendous lake views from inside and out, 1 king bed, 1 queen
bed, 2 full beds, 6 twin beds, fireplace, central heat and air, and plenty of room to

Reservation Policies & Making Reservations
Deposits and Terms
Cottages 1,2,3, & 4: $100.00 deposit
Cottages 5,7,8,15, & 17: $200.00 deposit
Cottages 6,9,10,11,12,14, &16: $350 deposit
Cottages 18 & 20: $400 deposit
Executive House #19, 21, & 22: $500.00/week deposit
Deposit due within 14 days from date of making reservations.
Balance due upon arrival. We hold our guests responsible for every day of their
reservation and if you arrive late or depart early we must charge for those days. Deposits
are refunded less 10% administration cost if cancellation is received 45 days prior to
arrival. Every effort will be made to re-rent a cancelled cottage and, if successful,
partial deposit refunds may be made.
Pets are $7.00 per day by permission only, no pets in one bedroom cottages (#1-4),
pets are not to be left alone in cottages! Extra persons are $6.00 per day each, or $30
per week each for all cottages. Check-in time is 3:00 pm Check-out is 9:00 am.
Reservation Availability Requests
The best way to find out if we have openings on the dates you need is to phone. This way
we can also answer your questions about pets, boat rentals, fishing guides, etc. But
we know that in this day of around the clock schedules it may be easier for you to inquire
