| Both units have all electric appliances, full size four
burner ranges with ovens, large refrigerators with separate freezer tops, 4 slice
toasters, 12 cup drip coffee makers, carousel microwaves, dishwashers, double stainless
sinks, complete set of pots, pans, and cooking utensils, flatware and serving dishes,
coffee mugs, and beverage glasses. Each unit has a dining table with seating for 8 to 10
persons. Each kitchen has 12 drawers and 17 oak cupboards of
all sizes. Breakfast islands have bar stools and storage drawers. There is enough counter
top space to prepare large meals and serve buffet style. |

| One of the best parts of a good vacation is having a comfortable
bed and a quiet room. This is it. The master suite has a new
king bed with an alarm clock on the lamp stand. Clothing storage includes a large reach-in
closet (white door in wall) and a dresser. A dressing vanity with a sink and a large
illuminated mirror in the bedroom allows two persons more room and privacy to prepare for
a night out. The private master bathroom has a shower tub. |

| In unit 21, one secondary bedroom has two twin
beds, the other has one twin bed and one full bed. Unit 22 has similar bed arrangements in
its three secondary bedrooms. All bedrooms are carpeted. All bedrooms have ceiling fans
and reach-in closets with doors. |
